VOLIYA高速石英砂过滤器标配在过滤时，加压水从过滤设备的进水口流入布水系统，通过布水系统的作用，水能够均匀地到达滤料层。当被过滤的水源经过滤料层时，水中的悬浮物、微生物粘泥等杂质会被滤料截留。过滤设备的底部设有带精密锲缝的集水器，过滤后的水会被均匀收集起来，然后从出水口流出并回到系统中。集水器上的精密缝隙具有重要作用，它能有效防止滤料的流失，保证过滤过程的稳定进行。机械联动堞阀（可采用气动或电动方式）控制着水流的方向，确保水流按照预定的路径流动。

The VOLIYA high-speed quartz sand filter is standard. During filtration, pressurized water flows into the water distribution system from the water inlet of the filtration equipment. Through the action of the water distribution system, the water can evenly reach the filter material layer. When the filtered water source passes through the filter material layer, suspended solids, microbial slime and other impurities in the water will be retained by the filter material. The bottom of the filtration equipment is equipped with a water collector with precise wedges. The filtered water will be evenly collected and then flow out from the outlet and return to the system. The precise gaps on the water collector play a significant role. They can effectively prevent the loss of filter material and ensure the stable progress of the filtration process. The mechanically linked flap valve (which can be operated pneumatically or electrically) controls the direction of water flow, ensuring that the water flows along the predetermined path.

反冲洗过程Backwashing process

VOLIYA高速石英砂过滤器标配具备四种反洗模式，分别为手动、TC时钟、远程和压差模式。无论哪种模式触发反洗，过滤设备都会自动转换至反洗状态。此时，加压水改变流动方向，从收水主管进入收水器，然后由下向上进入滤料层，对滤料层进行冲刷。在冲刷过程中，滤料层中截留的污染物会脱落，并从排污口排出过滤设备。反洗持续时间至少为60 - 180秒，且该反冲洗的频率和周期可以设置。当反洗完成后，阀门会自动将系统切换回过滤状态，继续进行正常的过滤工作。

The VOLIYA high-speed quartz sand filter is standard equipped with four backwashing modes, namely manual, TC clock, remote and differential pressure mode. No matter which mode triggers backwashing, the filtration device will automatically switch to the backwashing state. At this point, the pressurized water changes its flow direction, enters the water collector from the main water collection pipe, and then flows upward into the filter material layer to wash it. During the flushing process, the pollutants trapped in the filter material layer will fall off and be discharged from the sewage outlet into the filtration equipment. The backwashing duration should be at least 60 to 180 seconds, and the frequency and cycle of this backwashing can be set. When backwashing is completed, the valve will automatically switch the system back to the filtration state and continue with normal filtration work.
